Standing at 4.4%, it is refreshing to one's palate without overwhelming, yet offers full malt and hop flavors without sacrifice. It is unfiltered and very close to Reinheitsgebot-compliant, though we keep it under additional carbonation to develop the mouthfeel we think is just right.
