Our Kellerbier on tap now, M3, is brewed Reinheitsgebot-compliant. It is 4.4% ABV with a familiar crisp, clean taste, and carbonation entirely infused by fermentation of our German lager yeast. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and very fresh.
