Our High Street Vermont IPA is a rare bird. This IPA takes the best parts of Belgian and American ale traditions and sets them both free. A massive hop aroma of herbs, citrus, and passion fruit greets you upon pouring the beer, followed by a resinous tartness that keeps it bright down to the bottom of the glass. Don’t forget to taste for the distinctive barrel characters of wood and wine that balance the golden-amber malt, without any of that over-the-top bitterness. Who says an IPA has to grow feathers on your chest? Pairs well with heavy dishes and sharp cheeses. Don't pair anything with this beer for dessert, just add some maple syrup.
