Can. Pours an opaque, bright brown. Aroma is sour and fruity. A pretty heavy amount of sourness on the palate. Also it is balanced out by some sweetness. Reminds me of a Flemish ale. Fruits are mostly sweet & sour cherry, some apple and some vinegar. Light wood. Sweeter finish. Savory feel. Creamy. My favorite of the three beers I had from Hermit Thrush.
