Initial sour flavor just mellows out.

First time pouring a sour beer from a can. Props to Hermit Thrush for focusing on sours. My experience has been limited but excellent overall for them. This beer pour a light golden yellow. A little head but dissipates after a minute or two. The smell is faint of the pine, grapefruit and tangerine notes. Taste is there for sure. The great tartness of a sour is there but not overpowering. The grapefruit is most present, with the pine and tangerine in the background. The feel is certainly the lingering tartness but in a great way. Can't wait to find these again someday!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
