L: Clear pale gold. Visible bubbles, slight head that sticks around.
S: Slightly sweet, slightly vinegary. Mild overall.
T: Some sweetness followed immediately by a powerful tartness. Finishes with moderate oak and some red fruit.
F: Strong carbonation, slightly dry.
O: A little heavy on the sourness, you really feel it in the back of your throat. On par for the style, but you have to be in the mood for it.

Appearance – One finger loud and fizzy head on a clear yellow body.
Aroma – Strongly sour and somewhat acidic. Some grassiness and floral notes.
Taste – Very sour, slightly acidic. Light currants after the swallow.
Mouthfeel – Very astringent and puckering.
Overall – I liked it but would not drink something this sour too often. My wife couldn’t take it at all.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a bright, golden body with no lacing. Head disappears in a couple minutes. Nose of hay, citrus, and red currants and after warming a bit of funk appears. Taste of sour red currants. Feel is average for the style and overall, not a bad example of an American Wild Ale, albeit extremely sour like most of their offerings.
