I appreciate all of the time and effort that go into making a beer like this. This is one of their best beers. It is very sour like most of their beers. I really like the wine and gin barrel aging they do to their beers. Very good though very tart. I'd have a stomach ache if I had more than one in a night.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a brownish / amber color and a mostly cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing, though.
S: A very good aroma of apples, malt, yeast, vinegar, and some other light fruit.
T: Tasted of a bit of vinegar (not overdone, but certainly present), a good shot of apples (a big ingredient), some light fruit (pears, in particular), a tinge of malt (mostly in the finish; a subtle presence), and some yeast (a solid backbone). This is a tart, sour, and lively flavor. It has just the right amount of fruit and yeast. Pretty tasty.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Light-bodied.
O: A lightweight, easy to drink sour. Drinkable.
