16oz can a little over a year old

Overly carbonated, the first warning. Smells like white wine or some spoiled cheese. Mouth puckeringly sour, tastes like lemon juice and vinegar 50/50, almost no hops besides the lemon...

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow from the can, 2-3" fluffy white head, good retention. Nose is oak, brett, and grass. Taste is well-balanced with a slight amounts of pine and juicy fruit contrasted by the its sour component. Finishes off with yeast, cracked wheat, and fresh dough. Crisp, moderate mouthfeel.
