When we say WILD, we envision our Vermont landscape of rolling hills, river valleys, and ridgeline winds. Our beers are 100% wild - wildly collected yeast that offer you a taste of our local terroir. Full of pecan and stone fruit notes, this beer is aged on oak to highlight the nuanced flavor profiles our region has to offer. Fermented with local raspberry, cherry, apple, and black currant.
