Small, quickly dying head. No lacing. Cloudy but not quite a milkshake. Dirty gold color.
Soft, pale malt smell with a hint of sourness. There’s a touch of cream, too. Light cocoa nibs and vanilla to the nose.
The flavor is completely different. First off, I get pineapple, cream, and juicy fruit. Mild sourness. Very rich bodied with a subtle carbonation. The hop is like black pepper and comes across as a spice. The combination is very different but works very well.
