Pours a hazy golden-orange with a frothy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring with virtually no lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. Taste leans juicy—grapefruit, mango, and resinous hops balanced by a subtle malt sweetness. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly sticky mouthfeel and a lingering bitter finish.

This is a masterfully crafted double IPA that showcases the artistry of modern hop-forward brewing. Laden with generous additions of Citra and Simcoe, it delivers a complex, resinous hop character that’s both bold and nuanced. The initial aroma is captivating—bursting with bitter citrus peel, crushed pine needles, and a subtle dankness that beckons the first sip.
On the palate, it opens with juicy orange zest and grapefruit pith, gradually giving way to layers of earthy pine, a whisper of wild herbs, and a unique herbaceous note that flirts intriguingly with dill-like tones. Despite clocking in at 9% ABV, the beer drinks with remarkable grace—soft and smooth, without sacrificing the assertive hop profile that defines the style.
Its pale golden pour is brilliantly clear, crowned with a tight white head that lingers just long enough to tease the senses. The carbonation is spot-on—elevating the hop oils and accentuating the beer’s vibrant, grassy bitterness while ensuring a crisp, effervescent finish.
This is an exceptional expression of a double IPA: robust, aromatic, and delightfully drinkable. A true standout for lovers of the syle.

Poured a cloudy, yellow body with decent head and some lace around the glass. The aroma is more of a dirty and earthy citric hoppiness than anything else. Citric and earthy hops are the main flavor profile along hints of grapefruit sweetness in this medium-bodied beer that finishes easy and is well worth trying.
