Enjoyed on tap. Pours a hazy honey gold colour. Smells funky, earthy and bretty, with a hint of boozy. Soft fizzy effervescence. Light upfront, then a touch of light cherry brettanomyces, followed by an oaky dry funky straw finish that lingers on. The brightness of the malt lifts it up, and the oily citrus hops cut through and balance the acidity from the brett. An interesting number but wouldn't have more than one.
