Copenhagen 22/5 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with a white pattern.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the eer. Crawling up the sides the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with citric fumes.Sweet pale malts. Lemondade-ish wheat. Lemon and citrus. A bit of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with as our twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid citric Indian Pale Ale that does what is supposed to do.

Hazy. A lot, and more, of white foam. Ok.
Tropical hop in the smell, fruity, pineapple.
Inthe taste there is also the tartness of the pineapple. Maybe a bit to much.
Very hazy, very tropical.
Well, drinkable, but no more.

look: one finger big bubbly white head with decent levels of retention, but of lacing, beer is absolutely hazy, straw coloured, lots of bubbles sticking to the side of the glass, good levels of carbonation.
smell: certainly fruity and juicy, lots of tropical fruit smells, papaya, mango, pineapple, lots of citrus fruit too, pink grapefruit, orange and lemon, orange peel, decent bit of bitterness.
taste: it’s interesting, there’s not a lot going on at first, a slight bit of bready malt, then there’s a hit of hop bitterness and some floral flavours, then all those tropical flavours, lots of fruit, perhaps even some wheaty banana and clove flavours. not very flavoursome but that will come with the abv.
feel: light bodied, highly carbonated, bit of creamyness from the oats, refreshing, sessionable.
overall: second session IPA i’ve had from white hag now, this one more pleasant than the last, still nothing remarkable, but a decent beer alright.
