For St. Patrick's Day, there can only be one colour of beer you want to celebrate with! We've spent our traditional Pale Ale to life with the colour of the beast who can no longer visit these shores - The Serpent! Using Antipodean Hops, we have created a bright Spring Ale, with distinct gooseberry, lychee and peach charachter from the Motueka and Nelson Sauvin Hops.

Copenhagen 5/5 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Green can with what looks like a playing card with a serpent twirling around White Hags logo.

Pours a clear, surprisingly green with a white head. Quite bubbly. Settles thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity dot with a touch of Stone fruits mingling with citric notes. Peach and apricot. A bit of caramel. Clementine and lime.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness Aftertaste is sweetish with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.

Green and bitter.
