To celebrate our 9th birthday, we've brewed this Extra Pale IPA.
Enticing aromas of ripe peaches and orangey citrus give way to gentle floral notes, with a hint of coconut and pine, all courtesy of Crosby Hops Amarillo, Cashmere and Idaho 7 hops. The use of their Amarillo and Cashmere CGX cryogenic lupulin pellets in the dry hop gives this beer real pop! Subtle malts, unmalted oats and a balanced bitterness lead you to a smooth, clean, refreshing finish.

Copenhagen 30/11 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Green can with a colorful number 9 to signify the brewery's ninth birthday.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and oranges mingling with a light whiff og citrus fruit and pine trees. Peach and blood orange. Citrus and grapefruit. Resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a rough streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Not a bad Birthday celebration.
