Copenhagen 24/10 2019. 33 cl can from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. Red, orange and yellow-striped can with White Hags logo in the center.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving what looks like decarbonated Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is quite on the sweet side for a beer that call itself “Sour”. Strong sweet, slightly artificial sweetness with a lighter sour undertone. Apricot in abundance. Sugary. Sour lemon and citrus lurking in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is sweet followed by a more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste sour-sweet with the sourness in the foreground. Lingers shortly.
Not very sour and very “flavored”. A bit heavy on the Apricot which is all over the place. Unfortunately with a synthetic Vibe.
