In our latest series of one-off IPA's, our brew team have torn up the hop contracts and stuffed the freezer with a bunch of fruity, piney, tropical, green leafy goodness. No 1 in the series is a Session NE IPA. Brewed for a session level abv but with a shed load of hops giving a deep haze and a citrusy tropical aroma and palate that brings with a refreshing citrus punch. The hops used here are Motueka, Citra hyperboost, and Amarillo CGX.

Copenhagen 15/3 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Colorful can with abstract colorful blocks hovering in green and orange shades.
Pours opaque unclear golden orange with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a 3 cm thick layer of foam Covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fresh ripe stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Citrus and lemon taking over. A little acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a little thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Fairly light and straight forward sessionable NEIPA.
