Had this from tap and brought home a growler of this. Poured a deep brown with a small tannish head. Nose of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee beans. Tasted much the same, roasted, coffee beans and maybe chocolate. Overall it is a good porter. Great job by Santa Maria Brewing.
Note: I dropped in again and had this porter and it was watery. At its best it is damn tasty.
