RIS aged in a Jack Daniels barrel since April (on nitro). Looks good, light black/brown and creamy, although a bit watery. Smell is pure Jack Daniels, no mistaking that, with a little stout roast. Taste is all Jack Daniels, really overpowering and incredibly thin for an imperial stout. This is basically straight whiskey which I could see being enjoyable for jd fans. Not sure what went wrong here as I haven't had the base beer, but I couldn't even finish half of a 4oz pour.
