Tall can w/o dating info to be had
Over carbonation alert...this one was moderatly coming out of the can upon opening and bubbling over the top of the glass upon the first pour...hmmmmm not a good sign...no not good at all...as the second pour nearly lleaves the glass....sheesh
Pours clouded typical orangy amber...large (overflowing) light khaki cap
Sweet malts and distinct strawberry on the nose....
More strawberry on the palate....kind of like a sweet strawberried up pale ale...not really getting much hoppyness..mostly just sweet and fruity...meh...not a big fan...last 40% of the can=DRAIN POUR

I am classifying this as an APA rather than a fruit/vegetable beer because the strawberry presence was so faint it might not be noticeable without the name.
This beer looked good, a hazy yellow body with a half finger head that had some persistence. Nice.
Aroma was fruity, with some light malt. Berries came in way at the end.
Taste was light fruitiness and a little bitterness, but balanced. Light malts came through, with not a lot of sweetness. The aftertaste brought in the berries way at the end.
Mouthfeel was pretty good, not exceptional.
Overall this was a good beer, one of the better ones Ppowder Hollow has done. This one is also available in cans, so hopefully I will be able to pick some up in the near future. This is a beer I would not mind sending along in a trade, unlike their canned IPAs that just don't make the grade.
