No can date, but picked up very recently
Pours a light foamy fizzy head with medium retention, a little lacing, very clear golden slight tan color

Nose plenty of stronger grainy sweet malt, very light Maillard toasty sweet almost caramel notes, but quite fruity with apple pear pome esters, light perfumey alcohol, no hop profile, light DMS (acceptable), but low diacetyl as well I think, the more it warms the note DMS corn I get

Taste more big malts out front, grainy sweet, but then mild toasty Maillard notes again with hint of sweet caramel, very little almost no bitterness, definitely balanced towards the malt and sweet side, fairly strong too with light perfumey alcohol, touch of herbal hops, fair fruity esters again with mow apple like pome fruit, sweet sticky finish, touch of bitterness, lingering fruity esters, there's a low amount of another yeast by product, can't tell of DMS (acceptable) or diacetyl (not acceptable).

Mouth is med bod, a bit low on the carb, touch of alcohol warmth, possibly a touch of diacetyl slickness but hard to tell

Overall it's not bad, a different balance than normal for the style, but not enough hop bitterness, way too much on the fruity esters, alcohol is a bit much, so likely lower the lagering fermentation temp with diacetyl yeast, and bump the bittering hops a bit, also boost the carb. The malt profile and Maillard notes are spot on. Just a slight modification in hop profile and fermentation temps and this would be a great beer as I really enjoyed the malt profile
