Visited the Main Street Brewpub with Da Boss on 7-31-21 for a late lunch after a day of tootling around Haywood County and the Cherokee reservation looking at all the wonderful waterfalls.
Vibe was very nice. The inside lobby was spacious and painted dark with tables in the lobby to allow for overflow from the bar area which was actually filled up that day along with all sorts of Boojum swag. The bar itself has seating for around 15 or so and there were seating for approximately 50-75 at high top tables. Bar service was very friendly and attentive despite how busy they were. There is also outside seating but not sure how much there is.
Quality of the beer is good. Had The Hybrid WCIPA and Da Boss had the Pilsner before we were seated for lunch which was about 40 minutes or so. Enjoyed those in the Lobby area. Had the flagship King of the Mountain DIPA with lunch which is a nice old school WC style.
Service was very good. Our server was familiar with the beer available and could talk to it. He also provided the story behind the brewery's name which was very interesting. Service was reasonably quick despite a full house.
Selection was good with about 16 or so brews on tap.
Food was excellent. Da Boss had the fish tacos and i had the Ruben and truffle fries and we were both very happy with our selections.
Overall a great place to visit in rural Waynesville. If you are in Asheville or at SMNP i would recommend a visit to Boojum!

Cool place, was there for a wedding pre-party. Great beer selection on, and all the beers I had I liked a lot. They had a killer NEIPA. I also had food there although I guess the food rating isn't showing up on this, but the food was really good. Servers/bartenders were good and timely despite us being quite a rowdy crowd (we party hard), so kudos to them for that.
Definitely worth a visit.
