I visited Lake Tapps Brewing yesterday. It's in a building an old bar/roadhouse type of place had been in, so it's got some age on it despite not even being 2 years old. There's also outdoor seating and a couple TVs inside.
They have 12 beers on tap, plus a couple guest ciders and a root beer. The beers are relatively decent, and service was good (although they were slow while I was there). Worth visiting if you're in the south end.
