32 oz crowler poured into Cave of the Mounds snifter/shaker thing.
Mellow gold color with a tall creamy head of 3 fingers, receding to 1/2 finger after awhile leaving sparse lacing.
Aromas of hard mineral, restroom, faint passion fruit, honey graham, and some wheat kernel.
Flavor brings some passion fruit and mango to the front, with a pleasant fruity blast. Honey malts and slight sea salt also begin to develop. Acidulated malt. Very faint floral hops, another quick kiss of tropical fruit, and finally it closes out on wheat kernel and washed out fruity pebbles.
Feel is crisp and biting, with a somewhat bothersome starch on the tongue but nothing overly distracting.
Overall a pretty solid Gose, nothing I would feel inclined to return to though.
