Ten 10 Brewing Co. "Castles In The Air"

Look: Deep mahogany brown with ruby highlights beneath a creamy, short head of khaki.
Smell: Aroma is malty and caramelish with raisins.
Taste: Flavor follows. Rich and malty. Lots of dark fruit Including raisin and plum, but also apple, pear, and brown sugar. Moderate bitterness. Leafy hops towards finish. Sweet but mostly dry in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with a moderate, fine bubbled carbonation that leaves it velvety smooth.
Overall: Quite impressive. Very well brewed for a beer of its strength, and remarkably well balanced.
