6 months old. Bottle to snifter.
Look: Pours a golden brown with a thick foamy head leaving a bit of lacing. Minimally hazy with a good amount of tiny floaters.
Smell: Pineapple paired with piney and malty notes.
Taste: Nice combination of hoppy fruitiness, malty sweetness and piney bitterness.
Feel: Crisp and full at the same time. Even a bit creamy.
Overall: Very well balanced West Coast IPA combining a full and complex body with a high drinkability. Prime example of the style and probably the best beer I‘ve had from them so far.
