Low key tap room in a Belmont business park. Tight selection of well made beers on tap and to go. Mix of indoor and outdoor seating as well pop up food options.

Not the acid you were expecting, but buckle up—this one still messes with your perception. No swirling walls, no melting clocks, just an endless spectrum of hops refracting into every possible shade of bitterness, fruit, and resin. The trip is real, and it comes in pints.
The menu is a psychedelic maze of IPAs—singles, doubles, triples, each dialed into a different frequency. Some lean full tilt into the opaque madness of modern hazies, thick enough to blot out the sun. Others cling to the righteous bitterness of West Coast clarity, a piney middle finger to the lactose-and-vanilla crowd. Every sip shifts the palette—one moment citrus explosion, the next, dank and resinous, like chewing on a Christmas tree in the best way possible.
The space itself is stripped-down and industrial, exactly the kind of spot where serious beer gets made. A few tables inside, some barrels and stoops outside, a scattering of people making themselves at home in the parking lot like they’re posted up at the last great frontier. No frills, no nonsense—just good beer and the people who know why they’re here. The bartenders keep the taps flowing with easy efficiency, no pretension, just smiles and heavy pours.
By sheer dumb luck, I landed on the release of Barrel Constrictor, a monstrous imperial stout built for the kind of drinker who still believes in the old ways. No sugar-loaded pastry gimmicks, no marshmallow sideshow—just deep, roasted malts, charred oak, and enough punch to make you reconsider your life choices. A proper stout, the kind that could put hair on a bare-knuckled brawler’s chest.
Another pint, another dimension of hop-fueled madness. The colors swirl, the flavors shift, and somewhere in the fog, the realization sets in—this trip has no end. And maybe that’s just fine.

This small brewery is in the industrial area of Belmont next to 101. They have a small drinking area with tables, a TV and games, that we found full of enthusiastic fans. They had 16 beers on tap and all are top notch. They also have growlers and some cans to go.

Hoppin' place on an otherwise quiet Thursday night - right up until close. Selection was varied and the bartender said it is ever-changing. Quality was very good - although due to the range I had, it was a bit difficult to appreciate the subtleties. Service sitting at the tiny bar was great, and people who walked up got helped right away. Place was a bit difficult to find, tucked away in the back of an industrial building, but Google Maps showed the location perfectly.
