Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is ruby colored, with a filmy, clingy, off-white head. Nose of jasmine, peat, caramel sweetness, and piney hops. Flavors are jasmine and resinous hops forward, with a sweet and rich caramel backbone, and roasted highlights. Smooth and light bodied, with a sugary sweet and floral aftertaste. Smooth, light finish. Good beer.
