Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a deep, vibrant, copper-caramel coloring, with a filmy halo of white head. Nose of cut grass, candi sugar, and citrus highlights. Flavors of candi sugar forward, with a fruity blend of grapefruit and apple. Hints of hops bitterness at the end of the palate. Smooth and light, with a citrus and candi sweet aftertaste. Crisp, dry finish.
