Canned 3/26/2021, poured into a tulip glass. A murky straw orange/ yellow, with a one finger head that dissipates quickly into a thin lace. Aroma is mango and grapefruit. Taste is in line, with some back end bitter sweetness from the milk sugar. Mouthfeel is somewhat soft, with a touch of backend sharpness; carbonation is medium low. Overall, it’s worth a go, though nothing really sets it apart. If you like that familiar Sycamore IPA flavor, you’ll most likely like this one.

Heard so much hype over this beer the first time it was available, so I grabbed 2-4pks of mango and 2-4pks of peach on the next go-round. Mango was decent, cloudy yellow pour with mild carbonation, fruity up front but almost Splenda taste on the back, assuming from milk sugar. Wasn’t impressed, however it is worth a try.
The peach was terrible. Bitter fruit flavor up front and Splenda on the back. Would not but this again...these two were very different from every hazy ipa I have ever bought

A: Pours a murky medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and slightly heavier than moderate amounts of pale golden yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to heavy amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel malts with moderate amounts of caramel + lactose sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops which imparts a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a moderate lingering juicy, fruity sweet hop flavor.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish as well as a touch of alcohol warming.

O: Easy to drink with alcohol well hidden from the aroma + flavor and only slightly present in the mouthfeel. Nice hop flavors + aromas with a pleasant amount of lactose sweetness. Definitely worth grabbing again.
