A: Pours a very lightly hazy medium amber in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + faint copper colored highlights. The beer has as two finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tropical/papaya, tropical/mango, herbal, floral, and pine/resin hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + toasted + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of fruity sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + toasted + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of fruity sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of tropical/papaya, tropical/mango, herbal, floral, and pine/resin hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time leaving a light remaining fruity floral taste.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant flavor - albeit a bit different from any of the other dry-hopped APAs I've had in the last couple of years. Quite an enjoyable and unique flavor profile.
