Kind of fruity, kind of dank. This IPA is packed with the choicest sticky hop nuggets from our favorite growers.

Drinking this at The Hayesville Brewery in Downtown Hayesville NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, citrusy grapefruit orange sweet, piney, pepper. Tropical and ever so slightly dank.
Taste follows the nose nicely, mostly tropical fruit.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Tropical IPA
Cheers!

Not really dank, a bit tropical and quite muted overall. Some fermentation unwanted phenols and esters.
Not a perfect offering even if it remains quite drinkable

16 oz can with no date stamp but instead "Haze it up" on the bottom of the can.
Pours cloudy, pale golden with a durable, foamy white head that leaves ample lacing.
Aroma. Fruity; lightly dank; subtle pine.
The flavor is dank and fruity with the dankness nicely balanced by fruity notes that include some subtle hints of berries.
Feel. Moderate carbonation in a juicy, full body.

Poured from a 16oz can with a canned on date of 10/8/19; into a pint glass.
Appearance- very hazy, deep straw yellow with a thick, foamy white head; lacing is sticky and layered!
Smell- mild tropical fruit (pineapple and mango) with some blood orange.
Taste- lots of grapefruit, which is surprising, considering it doesn’t present in the nose; the tropical flavor comes through nicely as well!
Feel - bitter and fruity, easy to gulp!
Overall- solid hazy IPA that competes with many in the category; this ones not one of your typical IPA loaded with fruit juice either!

My bestie brought a can of this to Nashville whilst there for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had tropical fruit presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit notes. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

A: Pours a hazy medium golden yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, tropical/melon, and dank resinous hops over the top of light flavors of grainy + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of grainy + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, tropical/melon, and dank resinous hops which impart a light amount o bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving lingering tropical + dank hops flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a slightly soft mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol - sessionable. Enjoyable with a really pleasant hop profile and enjoyable light mouthfeel. Could easily have a couple of these - hope they decide to bring this one back again in the future.
