A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden orange in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + medium golden yellow + copper + amber colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy sweet citrus/ruby red grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/passionfruit + herbal hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel + honey + toasted malts with a just shy of moderate amount of caramel + honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel + honey + toasted malts with a just shy of moderate amount of caramel + honey sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy sweet citrus/ruby red grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/passionfruit + herbal hops which impart a light to moderate amount of citrus/grapefruit pith bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and reminds me a hybrid of a traditional West Coast DIPA and a NEIPA. Very enjoyable with an interesting combination of hops which provides a very pleasant flavor and aroma. Definitely one I would grab again.
