Good tasting stout, with a different approach. Coffee, Cinnamon, Chocolate with Habanero for a little surprise to the taste buds. Don't worry, it's not so hot as to be painful, just a little different than most beers.
Probably wouldn't be my all time favorite, but I do like it from time to time.

A: Pours an opaque yet still clear thick viscous jet black in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising slowly along the edges of the glass and faint dark chestnut brown + dark cola brown colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy tan head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of roasted + dark + chocolate + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + lactose sweetness. There are slightly less than moderate aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, and bourbon. Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of strong coffee (espresso), chocolate, cinnamon and chili peppers (habanero) with a light amount of chili pepper heat.
T: Upfront there are moderate to strong flavors of roasted + dark + chocolate + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel + lactose sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, and bourbon. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of strong coffee (espresso), chocolate, cinnamon and chili peppers (habanero) with a light amount of chili pepper heat. Light to moderate amounts of roasty bitterness which lingers slightly with a light amount of chili pepper/habanero heat lingering.
M: Medium to full bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth with a light amount of alcohol warming in the finish.
O: Easy to drink considering the strength and the alcohol is relatively well hidden. Very enjoyable with just enough sweetness and a very enjoyable complex Mexican Chocolate stout - very well integrated chocolate, cinnamon, coffee, and chili peppers with enough spiciness/heat.
