Sycamore makes great beer! As a beer drinker, I prefer IPAs over other beer. Dime Bag TIPA is at best above average. Looks great, smells fruity (not hoppy), you can taste the alcohol right off the bat with your first sip. On the back end of the sip, you get fruity and hoppy notes.
I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase the TIPA as there are better ones on the market. It also isn't a bad beer either. Just ok!

16 ounce can in a stemmed tulip IPA glass.
Golden orange colored liquid with a frothy 2F white cap. Lasting retention and soapy web lacing. Translucent.
Orange and lemon citrus with a touch of berry. Alcohol is very strong on the nose.
Candied and alcohol soaked fruits like those in the aroma.
Strong syrupy and alcohol fueled full body. Sugary sweet malt base.
The alcohol is too strong, it’s a flavor killer. There’s kindness in the numbers that I assign to this bomb.

My bestie from Charlotte NC gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy orangish with very thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank citrus peel spice. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and strong citrus peel spice hop. The mouthfeel was fuller in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
