Copenhagen 27/10 2021. 47,3 cl scan fra Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light green can In Sycamore's usual design with a lot of sticky, dark green hop flowers.

Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a pleasant sweet odor combining sweet malts and tropical fruits mingling with a mustardy bitterness- Caramel, mango and peach. Grapefruit and mustard.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

Fairly light and easily drinkable when you take the high ABV into account.

Pours a clouded amber color with a medium sized, spongy white head.

This offers tropical aromas of passion fruit, papaya and blueberries, together with a slightly spicy leaf quality, as well as opposing caramel.

The beer offers a medium mouthfeel, a fitting, lower carbonation with a light, late effervescence.

Tastes of creme brûlée, bitter lime pulp, luscious oranges and cakey, sweet malts. Offers a syrupy sweetness then, with notes of ripe pear and fermented white wine grapes, tied together by the lingering, bitter hops. Finishes with skittles, lighter lime and whole grain bread malts.

This is simply too sweet to convince.

Pours a cloudy, yellowish orange with a large white cap of foam. Smells of berries, melon, and mango. Tastes coconut, melon, and a hint of grapefruit. Nice bitterness in the finish. A slight alcohol burn. Medium bodied and well carbed.
