On tap at Beef and Brew in Geneva, NY.
This one pours with a light straw yellow hue, a small head, and not much lacing.
This doesn't smell like a whole lot- a bit of malty/lager-y sweetness and some very light grassy hops.
I always like to see craft pilsners, but this one seems a tad elementary. It's not crisp enough, and the hop character is kind of weak and insipid. It's at least drinkable, even though it's also too sweet.
This is lighter bodied, clean, but not crisp, with a good level of drinkability.
This did not move me in any meaningful way.
