On tap at Swillburger/The Playhouse in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells great - fresh, bitter, and zesty hops, with some orange rind and marmalade, citrus, some light tropical hops, and pine.
This is a solid hop combo, as both Chinook and Amarillo have very resinous backbones, but Amarillo is also good for adding some dry juiciness, mainly orange and other undefined citrus.
It finishes so crisply and dry, it makes this beer super drinkable because of it. There's a light body.
This is cool new idea for a series - I definitely want to try more of it.
