On tap at Steuben Brewing Company in Hammondsport, NY.
This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
There's a lot of aroma here for such a low ABV package - I get lemon, graperuit, and wheat, along with biscuity malt, and grassy hops.
This is wonderful little hoppy banger. There's a clean and vibrant bitterness - wheaty (maybe that's the spelt?) and grassy, with some lemon rind, and more typical juicy grapefruit and citrus. It's all really well balanced.
This is light bodied, clean, and amazingly drinkable, with a really smooth and crisp finish.
I really want to see more beers like this. Most session IPAs are just watery leaf residue. When session hoppy beers are done like this - I actually want them.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
