Topographic IPA #1 is part of a conceptual series of IPAs that explore ingredients from other land surfaces, outside of NY. Double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. Aromas of ripe strawberry, vanilla, and sweet orange. Golden Oats, White Wheat, and English Pale Ale Malt bring a soft mouthfeel and silky finish.

Taster at brewery. Orange golden hazy pour, spotty head, streaky lacing. Fruity aroma, some tropical, some stone fruit, light hops. Taste is juicy, pear, apricot, melon. Nice feel, full fruity flavors, barely there hoppiness. Sublime.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a fluffy big head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grapefruit, strawberry, vanilla, grainy malt, and orange creamsicle.
The malt flavor on the back end is a little grainy and sweet, but the little bit of breadiness is nice. There's loads of orange, grapefruit, and even a bit of strawberry, with a light vanilla-type note, which is a cool touch.
This, like most everything from this brewery, is really nice.
