On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like clean pine character, orange jam, grapefruit, passionfruit, and pineapple.
This series is just really informative and interesting. The Galena seems to provide lemon, orange, and very clean and snappy pine, while the Galaxy comes across to me as passionfruit, pineapple, and more orange, I guess. I used to be better at dissetcting hop varietals, but then I stopped caring.
This is medium bodied, creamy and rich, with a great drinkability.
I always want to see more Steuben in the city (Rochester, not "the" actual city in New York). This is a great series and I want every entry.
