Brewed to highlight the distinct characteristics of Idaho grown Saaz hops. Whole cone hop flowers are unprocessed and left intact, and as a result, the finished beer better represents the hop aroma we experience during hop selection each harvest. These Idaho Saaz hops have a delicate floral, spice, and citrus character.

On tap at Steuben Brewing in Pulteney, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral and spicy hops, some light citrus, and bready malt.
Like basically all of their lagers, this is quite good. It's got a really pleasant but not overwhelming hop character. There's a crisp and spicy bite to this, with some light floral sweetness, and a touch of crackery breadiness on the back end.
This is light bodied, and super crisp and clean, with a wonderful drinkability. You just want more and more of this one.
It's hard to not enjoy something like this one.
