The beer is clear, pale gold, with fine carbonation randomly meandering within (SRM 3-5). Foamy white head reaches one and a half inches before retreating to a thick ring and a thin blanket. Patchy lace leaves a trail on a Pilsner glass.
The aroma is spicy and floral with a strong dose of grain. Otherwise, it is fairly clean.
Pleasant bitterness combines with crisp maltiness to give a biscuit/cracked grain flavor. Light honey sweetness kicks in just before the lingering, bitter finish.
It has a medium to full body, with alcohol more present than expected. The texture is similar to coarse nylon, which works well with the moderate, yet persistent, carbonation.
This is a quintessential summer beer to be enjoyed on a hot, sunny afternoon. I can imagine throwing shoes with a can of this in hand, or just enjoying casual conversation.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells mildly grassy, with some breadiness.
This is pretty solid, with a wonderfully bready but not too sweet malt backbone, and just the lightest hint of grassy and spicy hop bitterness.
This is clean, crisp, and quite drinkable.
I don’t know a whole lot of details about this one, but I know I liked it.
