Cases Bottled: 35
Poured into a tulip a pretty nice slightly hazy dark golden yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some really nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, with some nice citrus going on, nice pineyness. The taste is really nice, hoppy, very nice citrus, very nice pineyness. Full Body, ABV hidden very well, almost non-existent, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very nice Triple IPA. My first brew from Roaring Fork. Really surprised the shit out of me. Will have to look at other brews they do.
