Hazy, orange color. Nice, white head. Tropical fruits, dank hops, and malt in the aroma, with grapefruit dominating. Slightly sweet. Hoppy betterness is not strong, but definitely takes over closer to finish.

Look: Poured aggressively into a brandy snifter; a hazy orange/yellow beer with a generous three finger head of soapy off white and rocky foam. Laces the glass well with good head retention.
Aroma: A bit of strawberry upfront, followed by sweet orange marmalade and hints of grapefruit peel. Some notes of apricot.
Taste: Initially dry with a slight fruity tang. I'm getting notes of fruit salad (mostly strawberry and blueberry), pineapple, and creamy orange sorbet. Some spicy apricot skin / grapefruit peel and white pepper on the back end. Alcohol comes in quite strongly after it warms, adding a little heat to the tasting experience.
Feel: Creamy and rich. Low carbonation. Somewhat syrupy; but not in an overbearing way. In my opinion this could use a little bit more carbonation to help lift it up a bit and take it to that near perfect mouthfeel level - but I'm not complaining.
Overall: This is a little too on the sweet side for my taste, with not much bitterness to round things out. It's also slightly flat - but on the plus side it goes exceptionally well with spicy food. I paired this with tacos pastor from my local mexican restaurant and it was perfect.

Smooth and very drinkable. Fruity and not too hoppy yet definitely tastes like an IPA. I filled my growler with it and am glad I did! Cheers!

16oz can.
L: Opaque, pale orange colour with a thin head that recedes quickly to a smear.
S: Orange cordial with a bit of funk.
T: Orange pith, orange zest and onion. Medium bitterness.
F: Dry but mouthfeel is thin.
O: Citrusy American IPA, verging on New England, but very one-dimensional and with a truly terrible mouthfeel for 6.8%.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 11/18/20 to a Nonic.
Yellow haze sits below a puffy, multi-sized-bubble head that laces mildly.
The nose is really good on this one. Sweet hoppy, piney, citrus rind. Nice.
Taste is similar, but a little more reserved. There is a progression of sweet to bitter over the time on the pallet.
Viscosity is nice but there is a little too much carbonation.
Overall a great beer with a horrible name.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a big head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, grapefruit, hoppy pine resin. It's pretty pungent on the nose.
This tastes pretty similar. It's a classic IPA build - obvious grapefruit, melon, and orange, with a fresh and pretty resinous piney bitterness. It all melds really well together.
This is light bodied, clean, and very drinkable, with a smooth and very crisp finish.
I'd certainly get this again, and basically any Threes beer that I come across.

Opted for a tulip for this one due to the high-ish ABV.
Borderline DIPA to me but anyways, well, the appearance was a stiff ruddy yellow color with a small white foamy head swiftly sliding off. Filmy lace tried to coat my glass but seemed to leave more of a dotted look to it.
The aroma had some semi-sweet piney dry hops with some fruity/citrusy hops, grapefruit rind and juice, some dankiness, mellow sweet onion and some hop oils.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet danky side. Citrusy/fruity juice melds with some hop oils with a subtle zestiness. Aftertaste of citrusy/fruity hop zest and hop oils.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Hop oily quality with some dryness seems to grip my tongue a bit more than expected. Good carbonation. Mild finish of sticky pine resin and citrusy hop oily quality.
Overall, pretty nice IPA, I'd have again.
