The beer hits with earthy Brett character that popped up on the nose, a bit of peppery spice, lemon, grapefruit, pear, a sweet biscuity malt, onto a dry finish.

From 03/11/16 notes. 14 oz. pour in a tulip at Gingerman in NYC.
Pours a murky, brownish orange color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident. Looks a little gross. Ton of brett, some white wine, coconut, light tart fruits, vinegar, oak, taste is less sour. Medium body and smooth body.
Overall quite good; awesome brett nose. A good beer.
