On-draught at Torst in Brooklyn. Regrettably brief notes below:
A soft mouthfeel sets off a flavour profile featuring limes, Lactobacillus sourness, straw, muted citrusy hops, and neutral pale malts. Balanced, with one of the most refreshing textures I've come across in a sour ale. Slightly smacky, but not puckering.
A wonderful little sour all things considered, though there is room for still more intricacy, bacterial complexity, and depth of flavour.

A collab done with Brewery at Bacchus.
The aroma offers lemon zest, hints of yogurty tart, floral notes.
The beer is tart up front and continues with more lemon peel. Then onto a light crackery malt and a dry finish.
