Clear, golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Bread, grass, and pine in aroma. Balanced, crispy taste with decent, hoppy bitterness. A very enjoyable pilsner.

Murky yellow body with a finger of eggshell white foam, splotches of lacing. Bread dough, floral yeast, and grassy hops make up the simple but potent nose. Taste is the same but now with clementine orange slices and soft grain. Feel is crisp, sharp, somewhat pale and bready.

16 oz can.
Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a large fluffy white head. Good head retention. Leaves some splotchy lacing as it dissipates.
Aromas of fresh biscuits, grass, citrus, and light cracked pepper.
The flavor brings a ton of orange flavor, as well as grass and sweet doughy malt.
The feel is light bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp and clean.
Overall, this is a very good hoppy pilsner. The citrus really jumps out at you, but doesn't overpower the malt flavors. Nice flavor and easy to drink.

16oz with a canned on date I can't make out, sometime in December for sure. Opened 1-22-21.
1 finger of white suds, good retention. Ample lacing.
Straw gold with the slightest haze.
Aroma of hay and bread with a quick, light whiff of sulfur.
Grassy with some muted citrus and a malt/doughy sweetness.
Light body with medium carbonation and a little bit south of crisp on the mouthfeel.
Moderate bitterness in a tasty and dry finish.
Very Good.

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a clear medium amber with a finger of creamy white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is grassy honeydew melon, tart green apple flesh, hints of doughy malts, sour grain, and bubble gum, taste is sweet, sour, and grassy, biscuity malts, spicy pine/grapefruit pith and lemon, feel is light to medium bodied, crisp and prickly carbonation, dry finish. A crushable Pilsner with nice pine and citrusy sour bitterness that is enhanced by the vibrant carbonation, Pilsner flavored seltzer.

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that consistently left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of tangerines are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of tangerines with strong underlying notes of bready malts. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The citrus, maltiness, and bitterness all come together in the taste of this beer, making it a nice hoppy pilsner. The aromas and flavors of tangerines added a bit of complexity.

Pours a yellow straw color, with a neat orange hue and slight haze. A moderate moussy head retains well.
Although the aroma certainly hints at bready and toasty malts, the hops steal the show. Aromas of grass, lemon, tangerine, mango peel and even a fleeting hint of herbal dank.
All throughout, the silky sweetness of the pilsner malts is omnipresent. Nevertheless, this is a hoppy pilsner that expertly adds an American element without overwhelming the palate. Lemongrass flavors deftly balance the malts, adding a light and clean bitterness and subtle tartness. Flavors of tangerine, mango, pear and floral notes drift in and out, nicely interplaying with the malts.
Medium bodied and more smooth than crisp. The finish is dry and with a nice grassy and spicy hops kick. Dynamic and balanced in how the malts and hops interact.
I can’t believe I haven’t had anything from this brewery yet! Totally sublime. I will seek out more from them.

Pours a slightly hazy dark yellow, 2" fluffy head, solid retention and excellent sticky lacing. Nose is hay, grass, light noble hop. Taste follows - slightly bitter grassy hop balanced by a moderate bitterness; good bready, yeasty notes help add to a full flavor. Mouthfeel is moderate, snappy carbonation.
