32 oz. growler. Hazy yellow body. Smells floral, lightly grapey, with some wine barrel notes. Taste kinda falls flat. None of the floral brightness. Doughy malts and an oaky bitterness. The wine flavor is a little heavy. Medium heavy for a saison. Smelled nice, but the flavor didn't keep up.

A: Pour is orange(ish), somewhat gold/yellow with little transparency; head is white, less than a finger high, and has decent retention and lacing
S: Aroma is a sweet, rustic, funky Sasion. Notes are nutty, woody and grainy, incorporating certain aspects of citrus, fruit, and might have even gotten some (very) subtle hints of vinous
T: A rustic, yeast/brett, slight funk charm. A lot going on, and impressively integrated, considering the low abv. The slight floral funk/acidity incorporated with that “Rustic. Melon. Grain. Hay” + hints of orange, lemon, citrus, barnyard straw/grass, yeast, brett….intricately tasty
M: Medium all around: carbonation, body, feel
O: The grain, rustic, slight barnyard funk is purely scrumptious
