Slightly hazy, golden color. Big, white head. Aroma of malt, hay, and honey. Crisp, malty taste with moderate bitterness. Refreshing and easy to drink. Loved this one.

Clear pale gold with two fingers of off-white head. Decent retention and thick lacing.
Sulfur, mint and cakey bread in the nose.
Very bitter, almost pilly taste. Just a hint of that minty herbal note beneath.
Light bodied with tight carbonation.
Much more bitter than I expected. Not their best beer, and learning about the racist, anti-Semitic comments of their owner makes it even less enjoyable.

Pours a cloudy, but still essentially see-through straw yellow color. Nicely effervescent. A thin one finger head forms on the beer, but that head shows amazing retention with it settling in for the duration of me drinking this beer. Aroma has notes of doughy white bread, crackery malts, and some lightly spicy hops.
Taste follows the nose with notes of bready, doughy malts, white bread, a kiss of honey, and some grassy hops. There is a certain brightness to the flavor profile with a hint of lemony citrus. Hop presence is there, but very mild and complimentary as you would expect for the style. Feel is light, crisp with a certain malty richness.
Overall this is an outstanding American brewed helles that would hold its own even amongst the imports. A very favorable introduction to the lagers of Threes.

Canned 2021/10/27
Pour a large foamy bubbly 2 finger creamy head with moderate retention, a bit of whispy lacing, very clear slight sediment haze, golden tan color
Nose starts with rich malt, grainy sweet pilsner malt, but a touch of vanilla spice and citrus, a bit floral
Taste starts with more rich malt, grainy sweet pilsner malt, a bit of corn and cereal, straw and bready notes, not likely decocted, doughy though, into herbal floral hops with mild bitterness, a hint of citrus floral again, getting more towards spicy hops late with drier finish
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med frothy carb
Overall not bad, definitely more Helles like that most American versions that are nowhere near a Helles, good malt presence, the nose had some weird vanilla and despite they call out citrus and I get that it still shouldn't really be there, and definitely should NOT be cloudy where the hell did that beer note come from?!, even though it's not really cloudy. so not too bad

Mostly clear faded golden body with a small white head. Lager yeast aromas create images of white bread, honey, light grassy and floral hops accent. Taste is much the same, get some orange zest as it brightens. Feel is moderately crisp, full yet elevated by the hop botanical textures on the finish, providing a touch of paleness too all the while bready. Nice hoppy helles

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving some small patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts and yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a near mirror image to the smell and has flavors of bready malts and yeast. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and faintly "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very drinkable and is a good American representation of a German beer style.
Serving type: can
